Onsite IT Support Engineer (Level 2 / Smart Hands)
Milan, Italy (Onsite)
Long term freelance assignment

We’re looking for an experienced Onsite IT Support Engineer to provide Level 2 deskside support across end-user devices, network infrastructure and meeting room technologies.

Key responsibilities:
- Level 2 hardware and software support
- Device deployments, imaging and hardware refresh
- Smart Hands support for network, server and AV infrastructure
- Troubleshooting laptops, desktops, printers and Teams Rooms
- Office moves, asset management and end-user support
- Coordinating with vendors and Global IT teams

We’re looking for:
- Experience in onsite/deskside IT support
- Strong Windows, hardware and Office 365 troubleshooting skills
- Smart Hands experience with networking or infrastructure
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience supporting enterprise environments
