We are currently looking for a MES Specialist to join our manufacturing site in Romano di Lombardia (Italy). The MES Specialist supports the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Manufacturing Execution Systems, acting as a key link between Production, Engineering, Automation, and IT. The role contributes to the plant’s digital transformation by improving process visibility, traceability, data accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Main Responsibilities

Support the implementation and continuous improvement of MES solutions, ensuring alignment with corporate standards.
Provide training and operational support to production teams, promoting the effective use of MES tools and processes.
Maintain MES master data, including product information,

production parameters, quality controls, and user profiles.
Manage Track & Trace activities and serve as the first point of contact for MES-related operational issues.
Analyze production data, monitor KPIs, and support troubleshooting and problem-solving activities.
Identify and drive digital improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing performance, reliability, and efficiency.
Collaborate with Engineering on Industry 4.0 and 5.0 projects, ensuring integration between MES, machinery, PLCs, and automation systems.
Support manufacturing digitalization through enhanced traceability, real-time monitoring, and energy consumption analysis.
Participate in the evaluation, testing, and commissioning of new production technologies and equipment.
Coordinate external suppliers involved in MES, software development, and automation activities.
