We are currently looking for Italian-speaking professionals with a strong customer-oriented and sales-driven mindset to join an international technology project based in Lisbon, Portugal. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, account management, or client-facing roles who are interested in relocating to Portugal and working remotely within the country.

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (with relocation assistance)

Responsibilities

Support customers via phone, email, and chat




Build positive customer relationships through professional communication
Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions
Deliver a high-quality customer experience while maintaining performance targets
Troubleshoot issues and ensure customer satisfaction

Profile We’re Looking For

Fluent Italian and good English level
Previous experience in sales, customer support, retail, hospitality, or other client-facing environments
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Goal-oriented and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
Tech-savvy and adaptable

Schedule

Monday to Saturday (rotational shifts) or Monday to Friday
2 days off per week
