Who we are looking for
THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL DO
The Learning and Digital Workplace Intern supports the design, implementation
and management of digital solutions within the HR function. The role primarily
focuses on learning technologies and platform solutions, while also contributing
to enhance Chiesi digital workplace platforms and AI enabled knowledge
solutions, bringing value to the employee experience and HR service delivery.
KEY ACTIVITIES
Learning Platforms Management
* Manage and support Chiesi Learning Management System
* Provide functional support to users and administrators
* Troubleshoot technical and system related issues
* Support training data reporting and analysis activities
Digital Workplace
* Support the development and maintenance of HR digital platforms
* Structure and organize HR knowledge to ensure accessibility and usability
* Contribute to the migration of legacy content into new digital environments
* Support governance processes to ensure consistency and quality of HR
information
AI and Digital Innovation
* Support the configuration, training and deployment of AI-powered solutions
within HR
* Participate in testing activities and user acceptance processes
* Collect feedback and contribute to continuous improvement of digital
solutions
* Enable efficient access to HR knowledge through digital tools
