Overview
We're looking for a sales-driven Sales Intake Specialist to manage and qualify inbound leads for a growing business. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients, responding quickly, identifying their needs, and scheduling discovery calls.
Many of the individuals you speak with may be facing legal, medical, or financial challenges, so strong communication, empathy, and active listening skills are essential. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong sales background who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Responsibilities
Monitor and respond to inbound leads during assigned coverage hours
Qualify leads using provided criteria and ask the right questions to confirm fit

Schedule discovery calls for Account Executives and ensure accurate calendar booking
Keep lead records organized and updated in the CRM or tracker
Follow up with leads who don’t respond and keep conversations moving forward
Maintain professional, persuasive communication and a strong customer experience
Provide basic updates to the team, including lead status and booked call summaries

Qualifications
Hard sales or appointment setting experience required (closing experience is a plus)
Clear, professional English communication (spoken and written)
Confident, persuasive, and active listening is important
Highly organized, detail-oriented, self motivation and goal orientation
Comfortable working independently in a remote setup and documenting accurately

Schedule and Compensation
Schedule: Full-time, weekdays, coverage will include after-hours shifts, and may include weekend coverage depend
