We are looking for a Quality Manufacturing Electronics Senior Specialist to join the Electronics Shop in Lighting Team, reporting directly to the Electronics Shop Manager. This position is based at our office in Tolmezzo (UD).

As the Quality Manufacturing Electronics Senior Splecialist at Marelli, you will ensure the qualitative compliance of electronic components and the finished product consisting of the PCBA.

Your Responsibilities will be:
Perform incoming inspection.
Conduct analyses and prepare documentation related to process and product releases.
Manage the relationship with reference customers and respond to their complaints (where applicable in the case of direct customer management).
Ensure systematic management of customer complaints/from the assembly line.
Apply Quality operational procedures (Layered Audits, control plans, etc.).
Take action in case of non-conformities, with the authority to stop production if necessary.
Ensure proper management of non-conforming batches and coordinate subsequent sorting and/or rework activities.
Promote activities aimed at reducing waste.

What Qualifications you will bring:
Diploma or Degree in Electronics
5 years in quality field and 2 years in similar electronic processes
Knowledge of regulated standards and ability to read quality standards (IATF 16949)
English, written and spoken
Electronic production process
Procedures for data cybersecurity
Problem Solving
Team working

Other skills that we would welcome:
Knowledge of the ESD phenomenon
Knowledge of IPC-A 610 standard
