Main Tasks

Installation and management of Windows and Linux operating systems
Setup of PCs and smartphones, software installation, user profiles creation and management
Hardware maintenance
Management of local network devices and servers in Windows/Linux environments
Help desk and troubleshooting

Required Skills

Knowledge of the main office hardware/software systems;
Knowledge of Android and iOS systems;
Knowledge of the English language;
Minimum educational qualification required: 5-year professional diploma;
Problem solving;
Empathy, listening ability, respect for others and for work.

The resource will be included in a structured training and development path within the MEP Business School, with the possibility of growth within a multinational industrial group. The company,
