We look forward to getting to know you.full time - unlimitedYour contribution to the energy transition As our O&M; Manager (technical) you are responsible for the overall performance and reliability of a portfolio of photovoltaic plants. The role combines technical oversight, team leadership, and client management, ensuring that all assets are operated and maintained in compliance with contractual, safety, and performance requirements.You’ll coordinate subordinate O&M; resources, while also personally managing a portfolio of Solar PV plants, including client interface, subcontractors, and technical decision-making. This positions reports into our Team Leader for O&M; and will be based in-office preferably in Verona however Milan based is also an option.You can look forward to the following tasks:Supervision and analysis of a photovoltaic system park via remote monitoring systemCollection and management of alarms from the control room / SCADADefine and implement corrective and preventive maintenance strategiesManagement of interventions to restore the plants.Technical analysis of problems on the PV plants and identify potential solutionsPlanning, scheduling,



and controlling of preventive maintenanceOn-site inspections and on-site supervision of major maintenance worksSupport in the management of plant improvement / revamping projectsReportingPreparation of economic offersCommunications with customersAvailability to work during weekendSupport to the relevant other company functions (legal, finance, treasury etc.)Reviews safety and environmental documentation on siteSupport hiring, onboarding, and development of O&M; personnelEnsure compliance with O&M; contracts, SLAs, and KPIsSelect, coordinate, and supervise subcontractorsIdentify and implement process improvementsYour energy is required You impress us with these qualifications:Technical diploma or vocational qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, or Energy-related fields5 to 10 years of experience in Operations & Maintenance of photovoltaic plantsAdditional certifications in photovoltaic systems, safety (e.g. PES/PAV), or maintenance are considered a plusProven experience in team coordination or managementHands-on experience with electrical systems, inverters, MV/LV substations, and monitoring platformsFamiliarity with preventive and corrective maintenance procedures, troubleshooting and performance optimizationKnowledge of safety regulations and use of personal protective equipment (PPE)Ability to work independently and in teams, with a proactive and problem-solving mindsetWillingness to travel and work on-site, including outdoor and remote locationsKnowledge of digital tools for reporting and data collection (e.g. mobile apps, Excel,
