WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Core activities. Ready to shape the future of Insurtech? Join Reply Actuarial Services! We partner with leading insurers and re-insurers to deliver cutting-edge solutions in capital management, accounting standards, and risk mitigation. You will dive into advanced financial modelling across Local, Solvency II, and IFRS frameworks, while actively driving business growth through M&A; operations and pricing optimization for both life and non-life products. If you are ready to master data quality mapping, functional testing, and business-critical flow analysis, we want you on our team.
- Tech & Tools Stack. You will deal with the main programming languages (R, Matlab, VBA, Python) and MsOffice tools.
- Team work. You will work with actuarial professionals that understand business needs, manage data analysis, optimize actuarial models integrated with the reporting platforms.
The position is available in Milan and Rome.
WELL TOTALLY LOVE YOU IF YOU HAVE…
- Academic background. With a brilliant Masters degree in Statistics and Actuarial or Master’s degree (e.g. Statistics, Mathematics, Finance) that allow the access to the Actuary qualification.
- Technical & Strategic Skills. We are looking for candidates with 2 to 5 minimum years of relevant experience, ideally with a top-tier Actuarial consulting firm (or other similar organizations).
- Nice to have.
A good knowledge of some of the main programming languages (R, Matlab, VBA, Python) will be considered as a plus.
- Soft skills. We need excellent communication skills, problem solving attitude and teamwork abilities.

The compensation package will be determined based on your professional background, technical skills, expertise, and the level of responsibility associated with the role. The collective labour agreement (CCNL) applied is the Italian Metalworking Industry Agreement. The job classification will be assessed starting from level B2, and the gross annual salary (RAL) will range from €33,200 to €65,000.
