adidas Italy is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to drive store performance by supporting the Store Manager in daily operations and retail standards, leading the team on the shop floor, and delivering a premium adidas experience.

You will motivate and develop your team, uphold a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, and report KPIs to optimize profitability. This role is on-site in our Italian stores with growth opportunities.
