We are looking to recruit an

Engineering Manager

to join our team. In this role you will be required to plan and schedule demand, capacity, utilization, and priorities across multiple teams.To be successful as a Engineering manager, you should have excellent leadership skills.Responsibilities

and almost bug-freeProactively Identifies problems with requirements and project planResearch and propose new technologiesConsistently influence technical and business roadmap of services/products/projectsCommunicate with self-awarenessWhen is proposing something, at any level, is doing it in written form and providing the proper contextContributes to the career development of othersProduces quality metrics on the SDLC processEnsures team software is monitorable and HAProduces quality metrics on customer satisfactionAble to lead recruiting efforts and determine headcount for their teamsPartners effectively with product/customer to manage scope and deliverables for the technical side of the product/project roadmapCare about the efficiency of the company, introducing new practices, processes and standardsSets clear expectations for team members; solicits, synthesizes and delivers feedbackCommunicates timeline, scope and technical concerns to the teams.Leads delivery of major initiatives on clear timelinesAble to identify areas of strategic technical debt and provide cost/benefit analysis for eliminating this debt and suggested timelines for how to prioritize it.Able to identify potential up-sell opportunities on existing customers and to communicate with sales department.Requirements





Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science10+ years of experience and at least some past experience in the specific roleIn-depth knowledge of Hadoop, Spark, and similar frameworksIn-depth knowledge of programming languages including Java and ScalaExpert in cloud-native technologies, IaC, and Docker toolsExcellent project management skillsExcellent communication skillsProactivityBusiness and functional understandingTeam PlayerLeadership capabilitiesWe offer
