Rome Cavalieri, A Waldorf Astoria Hotel in Rome seeks a Director of Sales to lead the hotel's sales strategy and performance across Corporate, MICE, Luxury Leisure, Group, Consortia, and Wholesale.

Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will develop annual plans, coach the sales team, nurture key relationships, and collaborate with Revenue Management, Marketing, Catering, and Operations to maximize revenue while upholding Hilton luxury standards.
