As a Software Product Owner, you will drive the evolution of our EV charging software solutions, acting as the link between business needs, customer requirements, regulatory frameworks, and development teams to deliver high-quality and innovative products.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESDefine and manage the software roadmap for our charging solutions, translating business, customer, and regulatory requirements into clear development prioritiesOwn and prioritize the product backlog for charger software modules, ensuring the right balance between product maturity, development capacity, customer value, and business impactCollaborate closely with Product Management, System Architects, Hardware Engineers, Software Developers, and external stakeholders to transform requirements into user stories, specifications, and actionable development tasksSupport Agile development processes through backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and continuous alignment with development teamsEnsure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations, including OCPP, ISO 15118, IEC 61851, metrology, and cybersecurity requirementsCoordinate software releases and OTA rollout strategies, ensuring effective communication, documentation, validation, and certification activitiesAnalyse customer feedback, field data, and market trends to continuously improve product performance and identify new opportunities within the e-mobility ecosystemYOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLSDegree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related fieldProven experience as a Product Owner or in a comparable role for complex software products, ideally in embedded systems, IoT, energy,
