/liliSupport critical customer escalations and major quality incidents. /liliCoach and develop engineers, quality professionals, and plant teams in structured problem-solving techniques. /liliStandardize and promote best-in-class problem-solving methodologies across the organization. /liliCollaborate closely with Product Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, RD, Operations, and Supplier Quality teams. /liliSupport new product launches through proactive identification and mitigation of process risks. /liliPresent technical findings, recommendations, and project results to senior leadership and customers. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongQualifications: /strong /pulliBachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongRequired Experience /strong /pulli8-10 years of experience in automotive or manufacturing environments. /liliAt least 5 years of hands-on experience applying the strongShainin Red X® problem-solving methodology /strong. /liliCertified Shainin Red X® Practitioner. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongTechnical Expertise /strong /pulliDeep expertise in Design of Experiments (DOE). /liliAdvanced statistical analysis skills using Minitab or equivalent tools.
