This role provides critical financial insights, ensures accurate reporting, and supports operational decision‑making. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Financial Analysis Performance Management /h3 ul liAnalyze and forecast manufacturing variances to identify trends and improvement opportunities /li liPartner with plant management to drive productivity savings aligned with budget commitments /li liDevelop and maintain cost standards for all manufactured products /li /ul h3Budgeting Forecasting /h3 ul liLead the preparation and coordination of departmental and plant-wide budgets and forecasts /li liOversee the annual capital budget, including financial justification, expenditure tracking, and ROI analysis /li /ul h3Financial Reporting Compliance /h3 ul liEnsure timely and accurate completion of monthly close activities and reporting deadlinesMaintain accurate records of plant assets, liabilities,
