We are looking for a motivated Quality Engineer to join our Quality team and contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and manufacturing processes. /ppbr / /ppstrongThe Role /strong /ppThe Quality Engineer will support the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System, ensuring that products and manufacturing processes meet internal standards, customer requirements and international quality regulations. /ppbr / /ppWorking closely with Operations, Engineering and other cross-functional teams, the role combines process improvement, project management and audit activities to strengthen operational performance and promote a quality-driven culture throughout the organization. /p pbr / /ppstrongReports to /strong: Quality Director /p pbr / /ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong: /ppQuality Management System /pp - Support the development and implementation of quality standards, procedures and control systems. /pp - Contribute to maintaining and improving the Quality Management System. /ppProcess Improvement /pp - Analyze quality data and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.



/pp - Support cross-functional continuous improvement projects and process optimization initiatives. /ppAudits Compliance /pp - Plan and perform internal process and system audits. /pp - Support customer audits and contribute to the implementation of corrective actions. /ppQuality Assurance /pp - Monitor quality performance and prepare reports for management. /pp - Support root cause analysis and verify the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions. /ppCustomer Quality Support /pp - Support customer quality activities during plant visits and audits. /pp - Collaborate with customers and internal teams during APQP and product validation activities. /pp - Prepare quality documentation and certificates of conformity when required. /ppbr / /ppstrongYour Skills /strong /pp - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Management Engineering (or equivalent technical background). /pp - Good knowledge of Quality Management Systems and manufacturing processes. /pp - Understanding of quality tools such as Root Cause Analysis, FMEA and Continuous Improvement methodologies. /pp - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret quality data and KPIs. /pp - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
