It#39;s a great opportunity for an ambitious talent who wants to make a difference in the Retail world. /ppbr / /ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong: /pulliBeing in charge of the store PL; /liliManage the team to reach together business goals; /liliMaintain high standards of selling technique and customer experience; /liliDrive trainings for the team and new entries as motivator and guide; /liliCommunicate effectively to the team to ensure each person is up to speed with key updates; /liliMonitor store KPIs and performance, manage store calendar (shifts, orders, forecast and inventory management)
