We are currently seeking a **Maintenance manager** for our client, a prominent multinational leader in their industry.
**Responsibilities** The responsibilities of the role will include: - Planning, overseeing, and monitoring routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance and repair activities to ensure the reliable operation of the company's facilities, machinery, and equipment.
- Developing and implementing repair and maintenance procedures, while monitoring the cost and effectiveness of activities to optimize resources and achieve standards of timeliness, reliability, and safety.
- Researching, evaluating, and recommending new maintenance equipment and tools to enhance the capabilities of the maintenance team.
- Evaluating, selecting, and managing relationships with external contractors to minimize costs and ensure satisfactory outcomes for the company.




- Collaborating with functional and operational area managers to coordinate scheduled maintenance activities.
- Providing guidance, direction, evaluation, and development opportunities for maintenance personnel to ensure accurate, safe, and timely completion of repair and service activities. **Your Profile** **REQUIREMENTS**: - Previous experience as a maintenance manager in medium to large companies, preferably with continuous cycle processes.
- Proficiency in interpreting projects, specifications, and diagrams, with knowledge of technical drawings, electrical diagrams, mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and power systems.
- Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Strong command of both Italian and English languages. LI-MP3
