IMA TMC is a packaging company and a leader in the design of industrial packaging lines for tissue products (paper towels, facial tissues, and napkins).
Location: Castel Guelfo (BO), Italy
The Role
- Collaborate with the Hardware Designer to define functional specifications according to project requirements;
- Program PLC software for automated machines using Structured Text, PLC logic,
and motion control systems;
- Experience in programming PLC-based safety logic;
- Install and commission machine software;
- Support HMI programming when required;
- Prepare technical documentation related to design activities;
- Support pre-sales and after-sales activities;
- Participate, when required, in FAT and/or SAT testing phases.
Experience & Skills
3–5 years of previous experience in PLC programming;
Knowledge of Structured Text programming and motion control systems;
Availability to trave
What Will Set You Apart
- Degree in Automation Engineering or Computer Science;
- Experience with Schneider or Rockwell platforms;
- Knowledge of English;
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
