Join an organization that ensures a more secure world through connecting and protecting our customers with inventive electrical solutions. /ph3WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: /h3ullipAssist in the planning and execution of research projects; /p /lilipConduct experiments and tests to collect data; /p /lilipAnalyze data and assist in preparing technical reports; /p /lilipHelp in the design, development, and implementation of new and improved products; /p /lilipPerform routine laboratory tasks, such as preparing solutions and maintaining equipment; therefore and to this purpose the candidate will also be able to perform manual jobs such as welding and connecting hydraulic fittings. /p /lilipMaintain accurate records of experiments and results; /p /lilipWork closely with the research and development team to ensure projects are on schedule and within budget; /p /lilipImplement techniques for tests, defining methodologies, tools and best practices, necessary for the continuous improvement; /p /lilipFollow established procedures and guidelines to perform routine laboratory procedures to test the quality of the organization’s raw materials, in-process products, and finished products, with a focus on new product development. /p /li /ulh3YOU HAVE: /h3ullipHigh School or equivalent /p /lilipIdeally 2+ years’ experience as Lab Technician /p /lilipAbility to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups or managers. /p /lilipSelf-motivated and ability to motivate others. /p /lilipAnalytical skills and problem solving abilities. /p /lilipProficient use of Microsoft products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook. /p /li /ulh3Pay Transparency /h3pnVent’spay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee’s work location.



Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. /ppThis role is categorized as a B1 or B2 based on experience. /ph3Annual Gross Compensation Range: /h3pEUR40,000.00 – 48,000.00 /ppDepending on the position offered,employeemay be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as short or long-term incentives, which are discretionary and governed by the terms of the applicable plan documents. /ppRemuneration terms are also subject to the provisions of the collective bargaining agreement in force at the employer (nVent) level. /ph3Benefits /h3pAt nVent, we value our people and their health and well-being.
