To strengthen our Sales & Reservations team, we are looking for a service-oriented, communicative, and well-organized Sales Agent - Reservation (m/f/d) who stands out through professionalism and a passion for delivering excellent guest service.

Your Tasks

- Providing personalized advice to our guests and actively selling rooms, suites, and customized vacation experiences
- Receiving and processing individual reservations through all channels
- Reviewing incoming reservations and actively managing bookings and changes
- Sending reservation confirmations, handling general correspondence, etc.
- Continuously monitoring availability and ensuring optimal occupancy
- Carefully maintaining reservation data and adhering to our quality standards
- Actively upselling and cross-selling additional services

Your Profile

- Completed vocational training in the hospitality industry
- Professional experience in reservations, sales, or front office, ideally in the upscale hospitality sector
- Enthusiasm for selling exclusive hotel stays and providing personalized advice to our guests
- Commitment to the upscale hospitality sector
- An independent, structured, and responsible work ethic
- Strong communication skills,



consulting expertise, and a friendly, professional approach
- A solution-oriented and articulate approach in conversational situations
- Proficiency with MS Office applications, particularly Excel and ASA Hotel or comparable hotel management systems
- Very good written and spoken German, Italian, and English
