TDI Intercompany & Vendor Governance is responsible of: - Governance of Intercompany and Outsourcing Agreements.
- TDI single point of contact for Boards and Committees preparation.
- Preliminary assessment for new main regulations.
- Vendor Management **Role description & key responsibilities** The role requires ownership of a variety of responsibilities and provides the opportunity to collaborate across DB-Group at all levels. Main responsibilities: - Responsible of contract management and governance in the appointed category including review, optimization, and renegotiation of contracts according to stakeholder demands, management and resolution of contract execution of all contract changes including the ones due to new regulatory or DB Policy requirements.
- Work with stakeholders, to adhere to the frameworks, policies, and procedures to minimize risks, promote sustainable outcomes, reduce costs, and protect the value of the intercompany contract.
- Manage contracts and process change requests together with the Bank's Legal and Compliance function.
- Ensure delivery aligned with the agreed commercial terms, business demand and the relevant category strategy.
- Provide continuous management (i.e. update, consolidate and standardize) for all contractual agreements with the assigned suppliers.
- Manage the onboarding of Italian LE in every service delivered through the Parent Company
- Act as a Competence Center for internal and external regulatory compliance relating to IT service outsourcing processes, filling in the related documentation,
- Supervise and organize the reporting of the TDI area to the Boards and Committees for specific topics related to intercompany agreements,
- Carries out preliminary assessments regarding the impacts on the area of new laws and regulations, internal and external to the group. **Knowledge and skills requirement**
- Advanced experience in commercial contract management, supplier risk management and sound commercial acumen.
- Italian native speaker
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Excellent agility, critical thinker, communication, influencing
- Good negotiation skills
- Team player, able to work in a virtual, global team in a matrix organization with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate with people from various backgrounds/hierarchies
