Catenon partners with a leading European QSR group to recruit an HR & Payroll Specialist for its Milan headquarters. You will own payroll and HR operations for Italy, helping shape processes as the business scales.

The role offers a hybrid model (4 days onsite in Milan HQ, 1 day remote) with direct exposure to HR leadership in a fast-growing multi-site environment. Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software, plus strong Excel skills, are essential.
