Working alongside senior commercial and project leaders, you will be involved in all stages of the project lifecycle, from feasibility and procurement through to construction, commissioning and close-out. /ppbr/ppThis role offers an excellent opportunity to further develop your commercial, contractual and client-facing skills within the rapidly expanding data centre sector while working on some of Europe's most significant digital infrastructure developments. /ppbr/ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /pulliSupport the delivery of commercial and cost management services across multiple data centre projects. /liliAssist with the preparation and review of cost plans, estimates, budgets and benchmarking exercises. /liliSupport procurement activities, including tender preparation, tender analysis and recommendation reports. /liliAssist in the administration of contracts, including NEC and JCT forms where applicable. /liliReview contractor applications, variations,
change orders and commercial submissions. /liliPrepare regular cost reports, forecasts, cashflow reports and financial updates for project stakeholders. /liliSupport project teams in monitoring commercial risk and identifying opportunities for cost optimisation. /liliAssist with value engineering exercises and life cycle cost analysis. /liliContribute to budget management, forecasting and financial control processes. /liliParticipate in client, consultant and contractor meetings, providing commercial support and reporting. /liliSupport the preparation of fee proposals, resource planning and project performance reporting. /liliMentor and assist junior team members where appropriate. /liliMaintain accurate project records and ensure compliance with internal governance procedures. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongWhat You Bring /strong /pullistrongEducation: /strong Degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Construction, Engineering, or a related discipline. /lilistrongExperience: /strong 3-7 years' experience in quantity surveying, cost consultancy, commercial management or a related discipline. /lilistrongProfessional Accreditation: /strong MRICS, AssocRICS, or working towards chartered status preferred. /liliGood understanding of construction procurement routes and contract administration principles. /liliFamiliarity with NEC, JCT or similar forms of contract. /liliExperience working on complex construction, infrastructure, industrial,
