pstrongTechnical Service Representative – Aluminium Coatings /strong /ppA leading company in the aluminium manufacturing and processing sector is seeking an experienced strongTechnical Service Representative /strong to support customer technical requirements, product development, quality improvement, and innovation. /ppKey Responsibilities /pulliLead the development, negotiation, and ongoing management of customer technical specifications. /liliSupport product development, qualification, validation, and continuous improvement, including metallurgical characteristics, coating systems, and surface properties. /liliAct as the primary technical contact for customers regarding product performance, quality, and technical requirements. /liliLead technical projects and product improvement initiatives, translating market trends, customer feedback, and commercial opportunities into innovative solutions. /liliEnsure consistent product performance across different metal supply sources. /liliCoordinate the qualification and monitoring of coating systems, paint suppliers, and chemical products, ensuring regulatory compliance, sustainability, and supply continuity. /liliCollaborate closely with Operations, Quality, RD, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to understand and meet customer expectations. /liliLead quality issue resolution, including customer complaints, Root Cause Analysis, 8D investigations, and implementation of sustainable corrective actions.



/liliSupport Master Data Management and related technical and administrative activities for customers and products. /liliIdentify and develop new business opportunities through technical innovation and strategic customer engagement. /li /ulpRequirements /pulliMaster's degree in Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Metallurgy, or a related technical/scientific discipline. /liliAt least 5 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment, preferably involving continuous production processes. /liliPrevious experience in a customer-facing technical, product development, quality, or process engineering role. /liliStrong knowledge of coil coating and coating technologies, including painting processes, surface treatments, and coating systems. /liliIn-depth understanding of aluminium metallurgy and related manufacturing processes. /liliFamiliarity with quality management methodologies, including Root Cause Analysis and 8D. /liliNative-level Italian and excellent English communication skills. /liliStrong collaboration, problem-solving, and customer-orientation skills. /li /ulpCompensation /ppstrong€47,000–€52,000 gross annual salary + premio /strong /ppstrongCCNL Metalmeccanico – Level B2/B3 /strong /ppThis is an opportunity for an experienced technical professional to take a customer-facing role combining product expertise, quality, engineering, innovation, and commercial development within the aluminium manufacturing sector. /p
