The **Green Assets Divison's**goal is to create a significant, transparent, financially sound green assets portfolio - consisting of solar PV and onshore wind power plants -, resulting in positive shareholder return with reasonable risk profile via the deep understanding of the energy markets. **Job Description**: - Drive and support the development activities of the Italian renewable energy projects of the company, getting the projects to 'ready to build' status
- Project planning and management from the investor’s side
- Identify and obtain regulatory and technical approvals for the construction and operation of renewable energy projects
- Tender, prepare and manage contracts
- Evaluate and support the technical side of renewable projects
- Prepare and analyse studies and evaluations related to the industry
- Keep in touch with partners, subcontractors,



authorities and internal stakeholders
- Support and track the internal approval process for projects and transactions **Qualifications**: - College/ university degree in Engineering
- At least 3 years experience in renewable energy project development in Italy,
- Solid understanding of the technical and economic aspects of renewable energy power plants
- Fluency in Italian and English, any additional language knowledge (e.g. Spanish, German or other European language) is an advantage
