We are looking for a Senior Government Partnerships Manager who can lead high-level institutional relationships and drive strategic collaboration opportunities across public and private sectors. This is more than a relationship management role. You will shape partnership strategies, represent the organization in executive discussions, and oversee initiatives that support long-term growth and regional engagement. **Strategic Partnership Development**: Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, institutional stakeholders, nonprofit organizations, and international partners to support organizational objectives and regional expansion. **Program Coordination**: Oversee partnership initiatives from planning through execution while ensuring timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations are successfully managed. **Stakeholder Engagement**: Represent the organization during meetings, conferences, and policy discussions while strengthening long-term institutional collaboration opportunities. **Contract and Agreement Oversight**: Support the development of partnership proposals, memorandums of understanding, funding agreements, and collaboration frameworks.
**Cross Functional Leadership**: Work closely with operations, communications, compliance, and executive teams to align partnership activities with broader organizational goals. **Market and Policy Analysis**: Monitor public sector trends, regulatory developments, and regional policy changes that may impact strategic initiatives or partnership opportunities. **What We Are Looking For**:
**Experience**: 7+ years of experience in government relations, institutional partnerships, international development, or public sector engagement, including leadership responsibilities in senior-level roles. **Relationship Management**: Strong ability to build trust with senior stakeholders, government officials, and executive leadership teams across multicultural environments. **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence presenting proposals, reports, and strategic recommendations to leadership and external partners. **Project Management**: Ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and organizational standards. **Language Skills**: Professional English communication skills are required. Additional European or international language capabilities are considered an advantage. **Mindset**: You are strategic, adaptable, and solutions driven. You understand how to balance diplomacy, operational priorities, and long-term relationship building in a fast-moving international environment.
