We are seeking a Senior Procurement and Supply Chain Manager who can lead strategic purchasing initiatives while optimizing end-to-end supply chain performance. In this role, you will oversee procurement operations, supplier negotiations, logistics coordination, and process improvement projects that directly support business growth and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Procurement Leadership: Develop and execute procurement strategies that improve supplier performance, reduce operational costs, and ensure consistent product and service quality. Supplier and Vendor Management: Build long-term relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, manage vendor performance,



and ensure compliance with company procurement standards. Supply Chain Optimization: Monitor inventory flow, logistics operations, and distribution processes to improve efficiency and minimize disruptions across the supply chain. Cross Functional Collaboration: Partner with finance, operations, logistics, and executive teams to align procurement planning with organizational goals and business growth initiatives. Risk and Compliance Management: Identify operational risks, maintain procurement compliance standards, and implement contingency plans to support business continuity. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor procurement and supply chain professionals while promoting accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. Data Analysis and Reporting: Track procurement KPIs, supplier performance metrics, and operational trends to support strategic planning and executive reporting. What We Are Looking For:
**Experience**: 7+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or strategic sourcing, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of procurement operations, supplier negotiations, inventory planning, logistics coordination, and supply chain optimization strategies. Systems Knowledge: Experience using ERP systems, procurement software, and supply chain reporting tools within a fast-paced business environment. Leadership Skills: Ability to manage teams, influence stakeholders, and lead operational improvement initiatives across multiple departments. Communication Skills: Italian and English communication skills are highly preferred for supplier negotiations, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. Mindset: You are analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented. You can balance strategic planning with operational execution while maintaining strong attention to detail.
