We are looking for a Senior Environmental Compliance Manager who can lead environmental governance initiatives while ensuring operational excellence across multiple projects and facilities. This is more than a regulatory position. You will play a strategic leadership role, helping shape company wide sustainability standards, environmental risk management processes, and compliance frameworks. **Environmental Compliance Leadership**: Develop and oversee company wide environmental compliance programs aligned with local, national, and European environmental regulations. **Risk Management**: Lead environmental risk assessments, compliance audits, incident investigations, and corrective action planning across operational sites. **Regulatory Coordination**: Maintain strong relationships with environmental authorities, inspectors, consultants, and external regulatory agencies. **Sustainability Strategy**: Partner with senior leadership to support sustainability initiatives focused on environmental performance, waste reduction, emissions control, and resource efficiency. **Operational Oversight**: Monitor environmental performance metrics and ensure all operational activities meet internal standards and legal requirements. **Team Leadership**: Mentor environmental specialists, compliance coordinators,



and operational teams while promoting a strong culture of environmental accountability. **Reporting and Documentation**: Prepare environmental reports, compliance documentation, audit findings, and executive summaries for internal and external stakeholders. **What We Are Looking For**:
**Experience**: 7+ years of experience in environmental compliance, environmental engineering, infrastructure operations, or sustainability management, including leadership responsibilities. **Industry Knowledge**: Strong understanding of environmental regulations, compliance systems, risk mitigation strategies, and infrastructure project operations. **Leadership Skills**: Experience managing cross functional teams, coordinating audits, and leading environmental improvement initiatives in complex operational environments. **Communication**: Ability to present compliance strategies and regulatory updates clearly to leadership teams, operational managers, and external stakeholders. **Technical Strength**: Familiarity with environmental management systems, reporting tools, compliance monitoring platforms, and operational risk assessments. **Language Skills**: Italian and English communication skills are highly valued for regional coordination and international project collaboration. **Mindset**: You are proactive, analytical, and solutions focused. You understand how to balance operational performance with environmental responsibility while maintaining high compliance standards.
