We are looking for a Senior Logistics and Distribution Manager who can lead and optimize our end to end logistics operations across domestic and international markets. This is more than a warehouse management role. You will oversee distribution strategy, transportation planning, inventory coordination, and operational efficiency while leading a high performing logistics team. Logistics Operations Management: Lead all transportation, warehousing, inventory control, and distribution activities to ensure efficient movement of products across regional and international markets. Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate closely with procurement, manufacturing, customer service, and sales teams to align logistics planning with operational demand and production schedules. Distribution Strategy: Develop and implement scalable logistics strategies that improve delivery performance, reduce operational costs, and strengthen customer satisfaction. Vendor and Carrier Management: Manage relationships with transportation providers, warehouse partners, and third party logistics companies to maintain high service standards and cost efficiency. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop logistics coordinators, warehouse supervisors, and operational staff.

Conduct performance reviews and build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Inventory Optimization: Monitor inventory accuracy, stock movement, and warehouse efficiency while minimizing delays, shortages, and excess inventory risks. Compliance and Safety: Ensure all logistics and transportation activities comply with company policies, safety regulations, customs requirements, and industry standards. Performance Reporting: Track and analyze logistics KPIs including delivery timelines, transportation costs, inventory turnover, and operational efficiency metrics. What We Are Looking For:
**Experience**: Minimum 7 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or distribution management, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role within manufacturing or industrial operations. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of international shipping, freight coordination, warehouse management, inventory planning, and industrial supply chain operations. Systems Knowledge: Experience working with ERP systems, warehouse management software, and logistics analytics platforms. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead operational teams, manage multiple priorities, and drive process improvements within fast paced environments. Communication Skills: Italian and English communication skills are highly preferred for supplier coordination, reporting, and cross functional collaboration. Mindset: You are organized, analytical, and solutions driven. You can manage operational complexity while maintaining strong attention to detail and execution quality.
