We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Manager who can lead our people strategy while creating an environment where employees can perform at their best. This is not a purely administrative HR role. You will act as a strategic partner to leadership, helping shape recruitment, workforce planning, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development initiatives. You will oversee HR operations while mentoring a growing HR team, improving internal processes, and ensuring compliance with Italian labor standards and company policies. You will play a key role in building a culture that values professionalism, collaboration, and long-term employee growth. Key Responsibilities **Human Resources Strategy** Develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with company objectives, workforce planning, and long-term organizational goals. **Talent Acquisition Leadership** **Employee Relations** Promote a positive workplace culture by managing employee engagement, conflict resolution, and performance improvement initiatives. **Team Leadership** Lead and mentor HR staff members, providing guidance, training, and support that improves overall department performance. **Policy and Compliance Management** Ensure HR practices comply with labor regulations, internal policies, and operational standards while maintaining accurate employee records and reporting. **Performance and Development** Support managers with performance evaluations, succession planning, training initiatives, and employee development strategies. What We Are Looking For **Experience** 7+ years of Human Resources experience with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or managerial role. **Leadership Skills** Strong ability to lead teams, manage organizational change, and collaborate with cross-functional departments. **Communication** Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization. **HR Knowledge** Strong understanding of recruitment strategy, employee relations, workforce planning, labor compliance, and performance management systems. **Technology** Comfortable using HRIS platforms, recruitment systems, Microsoft Office tools, and digital workforce management software. **Mindset** You are proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of balancing strategic planning with day-to-day operational execution.
