Job Title: Benvenuti Cultural Integration Tour Operator - Vicenza, Italy (ACS) Location: Vicenza, Italy (Caserma Ederle + cultural tours) **Job Type**: Tempo parziale | No overtime Pay: Competitive About the Role Languages Unlimited, LLC is seeking a Benvenuti Cultural Integration Tour Operator to deliver cultural integration sessions and tours for the Vicenza military community. Duties include session delivery, tour planning, attendance reporting, and coordination with ACS schedules. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Benvenuti Cultural Integration sessions per ACS schedule (multiple sessions per month).
- Plan and lead cultural tours (e.g., Vicenza/Verona/Padova areas as scheduled).
- Develop and maintain tour plans; submit updates per required timelines.
- Maintain Group Sessions Logs (DA Form 5900) and submit required attendance documentation monthly.




- Provide safety briefings and follow emergency procedures. Transportation Note Qualifications (required)
- 2+ years experience coordinating trips and historical tours in Italy
- Professional fluency in English and Italian (must communicate with no difficulty of comprehension)
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with diverse populations Work Authorization & Installation Access
- Must be legally authorized to live and work in Italy (no SOFA benefits provided).
