Job Title: Relocation Readiness & Lending Closet Coordinator (ACS) - Vicenza, Italy Location: Vicenza, Italy (Caserma Ederle - on-site) **Job Type**: Tempo parziale (historically ~20-25 hours/week) | No overtime Pay: Competitive About the Role Languages Unlimited, LLC is seeking a Relocation Readiness & Lending Closet Coordinator to support ACS relocation programming and manage the Lending Closet (inventory, check-out/return documentation, and reporting). This is an administrative role; clients transport items—no forklifts or moving vans are required. Key Responsibilities
- Provide community information services and maintain updated local resource information used by ACS.
- Provide admin support for relocation briefings and events (classroom setup, rosters, welcome packets, copying).
- Maintain and update CTS entries and provide required monthly statistics/reporting.
- Maintain Lending Closet inventory records for items lent/returned; retain customer agreements per required retention rules.




- Generate weekly overdue reports and contact customers for returns/replacements; copy COR as required. Schedule
- Part-time, weekday support coverage; schedule may adjust with advance notice.
- No overtime. **Qualifications**: - Administrative/office support experience with strong organization and record-keeping
- Comfortable with logs, trackers, and monthly reporting deadlines Work Authorization & Installation Access
- Must be legally authorized to live and work in Italy (no SOFA benefits provided).
- Must be able to pass required background checks and obtain installation access.
