About the Role We are looking for a Senior IT Infrastructure Manager who can lead the modernization and optimization of our infrastructure operations. This is not a maintenance only role. You will shape infrastructure strategy, guide cloud transformation initiatives, and ensure our systems remain secure, reliable, and future ready. You will oversee a highly skilled technical team while collaborating with executive leadership, cybersecurity specialists, and software engineering departments. Your expertise will help drive operational excellence across both on premise and cloud environments. Key Responsibilities **Infrastructure Leadership**: Lead enterprise infrastructure operations including servers, virtualization, storage, cloud platforms, backup systems, and network architecture. **Cloud Transformation**: Drive migration and optimization initiatives across hybrid and multi cloud environments while ensuring performance, cost efficiency, and security compliance. **Cybersecurity Coordination**:



Collaborate with security teams to strengthen infrastructure protection, disaster recovery planning, access controls, and compliance readiness. **Team Management**: Mentor Infrastructure Engineers, System Administrators, and Network Specialists. Conduct technical reviews and support career development initiatives. **Operational Excellence**: Monitor infrastructure health, establish performance benchmarks, and improve service reliability through automation and proactive maintenance strategies. **Stakeholder Collaboration**: Partner with department leaders and external vendors to align infrastructure capabilities with business growth objectives and operational priorities. What We Are Looking For **Experience**: 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems engineering, or enterprise operations, including at least 3 years in a leadership position. **Technical Expertise**: Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, virtualization technologies, enterprise networking, cybersecurity frameworks, Windows and Linux environments, and infrastructure automation tools. **Certifications**: Industry certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Administrator, VMware VCP, Cisco CCNP, or equivalent qualifications are highly valued. **Leadership Skills**: Proven ability to manage technical teams, prioritize large scale infrastructure projects, and communicate effectively with both technical and non technical stakeholders. **Language Skills**: Italian and English professional communication skills are preferred for client coordination and international collaboration. **Mindset**: You are strategic, solution oriented, and proactive.
