Design Leadership:

Lead architectural and interior design projects from concept development through technical execution and final delivery. Project Oversight: Coordinate multiple high value projects simultaneously while ensuring timelines, budgets, and design standards are consistently achieved. Client Collaboration: Conduct design presentations, workshops, and consultations with clients, stakeholders, and external consultants. Team Management: Mentor and guide architects, interior designers, and junior design staff while promoting collaboration and professional growth. Technical Excellence: Review architectural drawings, specifications, material selections, and technical documentation to ensure compliance and quality standards. Cross Functional Coordination: Work closely with procurement, production, installation, and engineering teams to ensure seamless project execution. Innovation and Strategy: Introduce modern architectural trends, sustainable design approaches, and process improvements that strengthen the company’s market position. What We Are Looking For:
Experience: 7+ years of experience in architecture, interior architecture, or high end fit out design, including leadership experience managing design teams and complex projects. Portfolio: A strong professional portfolio demonstrating luxury residential, hospitality, or commercial architectural projects from concept through completion. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D visualization tools. Project Knowledge: Strong understanding of architectural detailing, space planning, cabinetry integration, construction coordination, and material specifications. Communication Skills: Excellent Italian and English communication skills with the confidence to lead presentations and client discussions. Leadership Mindset: You are organized, detail oriented, and capable of balancing creativity with practical project execution in fast paced environments.
