IT Operations Leadership: Lead day-to-day IT infrastructure, systems administration, network operations, and enterprise technology support across multiple business functions. Cybersecurity and Compliance: Develop and maintain security protocols, risk management strategies, disaster recovery planning,

and compliance initiatives to protect company systems and data. Cloud and Infrastructure Strategy:
Team Management: Mentor and lead IT engineers, administrators, and support specialists. Conduct performance reviews, technical coaching, and workforce planning. Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with technology vendors, service providers, and business leaders to ensure successful project delivery and operational alignment. Digital Transformation: Identify opportunities to modernize systems, automate processes, and improve technology performance through strategic planning and implementation. What We Are Looking For:
**Experience**: 7+ years of experience in Information Technology, Infrastructure Management, or Enterprise Systems, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role. Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of cloud platforms, cybersecurity operations, enterprise networking, virtualization, disaster recovery, and IT governance frameworks. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage technical teams, oversee complex IT projects, and communicate effectively with executive leadership. Problem Solving: You are analytical, proactive, and capable of making informed decisions in fast-paced operational environments. Language Skills: Italian and English professional proficiency is preferred for internal collaboration and international project coordination.
