Recruitment Consultant (Italy)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to strengthen our European recruitment team. The role will focus on sourcing and delivering skilled and semi-skilled blue-collar personnel for projects across Europe, particularly within construction, industrial, energy, infrastructure, and oil & gas sectors.

This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, adapts quickly to changing priorities, and enjoys delivering quality results under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for European projects.

- Source blue-collar and technical personnel across Europe.

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of EU national candidates.

- Develop relationships with Italian recruitment agencies and European recruitment partners.

- Conduct interviews and candidate assessments.

- Coordinate documentation and candidate mobilization.

- Maintain ATS records and recruitment reports.

- Support urgent recruitment campaigns with short delivery timelines.





- Work closely with internal stakeholders to achieve recruitment targets.

- Ensure a professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

- Fluent Italian and English (spoken and written).

- Previous experience within a recruitment or manpower agency.

- Proven experience recruiting blue-collar personnel in Europe.

- Knowledge of the Italian and wider European labour market.

- Experience working on high-volume recruitment projects.

- Strong network of recruitment partners and candidate sources.

- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and ATS systems.
