Job description (role purpose, key accountabilities, main activities, main interfaces..)

The main activities of the Customer Order Manager are as follows:

- Quotations and spare/repair orders portfolio management, including warranty, exchange and service plan order management.

- Coordination and control of orders execution, respecting the assigned priorities in relation to the immediate and future availability of stock.

- Elaborate the orders to meet the budget, ensuring full compliance with the commitments towards customers. Implement autonomously the appropriate corrective actions in close collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders.

- Manage Customers’ order portfolio, leading and supporting the discussion about logistic topics, and ensure the constant support and information to respect the spare parts lead times and repair turn-around times

- Co-operate with the other Company Departments to implement an effective way of operation,



co-ordination and integration of Customers / Operators requirements

- Support the validation of Warranty Claims claim and the components return by requiring and collecting of the necessary documentation to avoid components suspension.

- Monitor Key Performance Indicators related to the assigned portfolio and propose and implement corrective actions where necessary.

- Meeting/Conf.Call with Customers in aiming to share info and to anticipate any possible future needs

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo indeterminato

Retribuzione: €25.000,00 - €32.000,00 all'anno
