TMC Italia is recruiting an Embedded Software Engineer to work alongside our customers on the design, development, and testing of innovative products throughout the entire product life-cycle.

About this vacancy

- Participate in the collection of functional requirements and definition of architecture
- Design and develop embedded software
- Support the system validation strategy
- Troubleshoot issues through in-depth analysis and coordination with other team members
- Share technical knowledge with other team members
- Produce technical documentation

What we expect from you

- M. Sc in Electronic Engineering or Computer Science 2 to 6 years of experience in embedded programming on microcontrollers and/or microprocessors Full autonomy in coding with C and/or C++ language
- Knowledge of embedded communication protocols (I2C, UART, SPI…)
- Knowledge of IoT systems is an advantage
- Good command of Italian and English languages
- Availability to travel and relocate for medium to long periods
- Serious motivation for the Employeneurship model of TMC

What you can expect from us

The position offers a permanent employment contract,



and the base gross annual salary (Gross Annual Salary – **RAL**) will be no less than **€33,000**, in line with the **National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution and Services**. TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package. At the end of the recruitment process, after assessing the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, the company may offer a final gross annual salary higher than the amount stated above. In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a **project profit-sharing** component, an **individual annual learning and development budget** of **€4,000 net**, and an **annual welfare allowance**. Further details will be provided during the recruitment process, in accordance with the company's applicable policies.
