The CEO will hold full P&L; responsibility and will lead the long-term strategic, organizational and operational development of the Group.Key Responsibilities • Define and implement the Group strategy, supporting growth across existing business and new initiatives • Set operational and financial priorities ensuring effective performance management across the Group • Strengthen and integrate the organizational structure, promoting a high-performance culture • Oversee risk management and ensure appropriate standards of governance, compliance and controlRequirements • Degree in Economics or Engineering,



MBA is a plus • Fluency in Italian and English, knowledge of French is a plus • Proven experience in CEO/GM roles within international industrial environments • Strong track record in growth execution, international expansion and organizational development • Solid business and financial acumen with the ability to operate in dynamic and evolving contexts • Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills • Prior PE experience is a strong plusWe carefully evaluate all applications.
