This internal opportunity is ideal for those looking to expand their impact and grow within the company while continuing to contribute to our shared success. Your role will encompass:
Review, draft, and negotiate EPC and O&M; contracts, as well as agreements related to the supply chain (e.g., service contracts, general terms and conditions for the supply of goods), ensuring client interests are protected in collaboration with both internal teams and external stakeholdersProvide legal support across a broad spectrum of activities within Renewables Business Unit, including business development, origination, permitting, M&A;, corporate transactions, PPAs, project financing,
and construction—primarily in Italy and Eastern EuropeAdvise stakeholders on legal frameworks, regulations, and compliance matters relevant to the construction and energy sectorsConduct in-depth legal research to ensure that all counsel provided is aligned with the latest legislation and regulatory developments, in coordination with the Senior Legal CounselCollaborate with external legal advisors to address and resolve complex legal mattersCoordinate and structure legal workflows and responsibilities in close alignment with the Senior Legal Counsel and Head of LegalWhat you bring to the role: Qualified lawyer in Italy and member of the relevant professional body (Bar Association)Minimum of 3–5 years of legal experience in the renewable energy sector in Italy, either in-house or within law firms advising energy clientsStrong technical expertise in renewable energy project development, acquisitions and disposals, EPC and O&M; contracts, and PPAs, ideally with exposure to both Italian and broader European marketsProven ability to manage external legal counsel, including obtaining fee quotes and overseeing legal spend within predefined budgetsComfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a strong focus on collaboration and cross-functional coordinationYour Benefits: Competitive remuneration package Group Health Insurance Plan Meal allowanceFollow us on LinkedIn and stay updated on our latest newsWe respect your personal data.
