The remit spans product industrialisation, production, industrial purchasing, supplier development, supply chain, logistics and operational systems, across all categories, with leather goods at the core.It is a hands-on role, spent largely with suppliers, manufacturing partners and warehouses, with a mandate to simplify and modernise how the brand makes and delivers its products. It suits a driven, hungry, direct operator with the curiosity and creativity to take the brand further, not to administer the status quo.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Development & IndustrialisationIndustrialise new products with the creative and product teams: prototyping, sampling, technical development and bills of materials, from concept to production-ready.Ensure new collections are executable in quality, cost and lead time before they enter production.ProductionLead production across all categories: leather goods first, plus stationery, writing instruments and lifestyle accessories.Coordinate the external / façon manufacturing network to the highest standards of quality, timing and execution.Balance priorities across collections and continuously improve industrial performance.Industrial Purchasing & Supplier DevelopmentLead industrial purchasing and negotiate commercial terms.Identify, qualify and develop new manufacturing partners, prioritising the leather supply base, and build long-term relationships with key suppliers.Own product cost and industrial margin, and monitor supplier performance on quality, service, delivery,
capacity and cost.Build a resilient manufacturing network able to support growth.Supply Chain, Logistics & InventoryOversee the flow from raw materials to finished-product delivery, including inbound and outbound logistics and any third-party partners.Ensure inventory accuracy and product availability, and improve warehouse and logistics performance.Strengthen leather and material traceability and compliance, including readiness for emerging EU product-passport requirements.Operational Processes, ERP & DataOwn and continuously improve processes across product development, production, purchasing and logistics, simplifying, standardising and digitalising ways of working.Ensure the ERP genuinely supports operations; coordinate external ERP consultants and implementation partners.Build the KPIs and dashboards: lead time, on-time-in-full, inventory turns, quality, cost, that drive decisions, and safeguard data accuracy.People & Team LeadershipLead, coach and develop the operations team; identify and empower talent.Set priorities, ensure deadlines are met and company standards upheld.Foster a collaborative, direct and accountable culture, resolving issues promptly.Focus. Leather goods and small leather goods are the operational core and the primary background required. The role also covers stationery,
