Performance Measurement/KPI’sQuality of their delivery (included sub-contractor delivery):1st time quality rate > 90% (quality rate = modification validated OK / number of modifications applied)Respect of the delivery planning (included sub-contractor delivery):100% on time deliveryLevel of application of standard PPL:85% of PPL for interface connector and 100% for production break connector.Configuration management of your deliverables:100% of deliverables properly managed into configuration databaseContinuous improvement or Return on Experience (RoE) management from previous projects:zero missing RoEAccountable for:Delivery of the right product at the right moment to the project Train Electrical Engineer, the product consisting into the complete electrical case or a set of electrical deliverables for each baseline and retrofit made of :Harness Design workload on your project/tender,Applying of the Metier rules and processesResponsible for:Delivery of harness 3D models from mechanical integration,Managing the EHI QCD of your project,Managing the EHI work-load of your project, and effective utilization of Harness designerSub-contracting management (definition, monitoring, acceptance) MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCIES

Educational RequirementsMandatory:Graduate from an Engineering School Desirable:ExperienceMandatory:Total experience 5 + YearsElectronic / Electrotechnical / Electro - Mechanical engineering knowledgeElectrical CAD experience (at least 3 years)Experience in activity and team management (at least 2 years)Desirable:Uses of E3S or See OneRailway experienceIndustrial and manufacturing view in order to better understand their “internal clientsCompetencies & skillsGood Communications and interpersonal skillsCustomer FocusStructured and organised with Hands-on approachFluent in English and national language on the siteResilienceAble to work in an international, multi-site and matrix organization structureForce of proposal to improve processes and deliverablesSalary Range 37.500 - 50.000 CCNL(Contratto Collettivo Nazionale del Lavoro) applied: Metalmeccanici Industria
