Tour Operations & OTA Executive – Spain Museums

ppbLocation: /b Florence, Italy (In-Person) /p pWe are looking for an experienced bTour Operations OTA Executive /b to join our team in Florence, supporting our Spain Museums business. /p pThis is a full-time, office-based position. bOnly candidates with previous tour operator experience will be considered. /b /p h3Mandatory Requirements /h3 pApplicants bmust /b meet ball /b of the following requirements: /p ul libMinimum 2 years of experience working for a tour operator, DMC, incoming travel agency, or tours activities company. /b /li libHands-on experience managing daily tour operations from booking through completion. /b /li libStrong experience with OTA platforms, including GetYourGuide, Viator, Headout, Tiqets, Tripadvisor Experiences, and similar distribution channels. /b /li libStrong working knowledge of Rezdy booking system (mandatory). /b /li liExperience managing reservations, availability, inventory, pricing, and booking modifications. /li liExperience coordinating suppliers, guides, transportation providers, and operational logistics. /li liExperience handling customer service before, during, and after tours. /li liExperience managing high-volume bookings and multiple daily departures. /li liExcellent organizational and multitasking skills.
