ppWe are an international company operating in the renewable energy sector, committed to developing, building and operating utility-scale renewable energy projects across Europe and other international markets. /p pWe are currently looking for an bHSE Technician /b to join our team in bItaly /b, supporting the implementation of Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) standards across our projects and promoting a strong safety culture. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liEnsure compliance with Italian Health, Safety and Environmental legislation and company HSE policies. /li liSupport the implementation and maintenance of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems. /li liPrepare and maintain HSE documentation, risk assessments and environmental records. /li liSupport internal and external HSE audits and inspections. /li liCarry out regular site inspections to ensure compliance with HSE requirements. /li liMonitor the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safe working practices. /li liVerify environmental compliance, including waste management and environmental protection measures. /li liCoordinate contractor documentation and ensure all HSE requirements are met before site access. /li liDeliver toolbox talks and safety briefings when required. /li liSupport the investigation of incidents,



accidents and near misses, identifying root causes and corrective actions. /li liMonitor corrective and preventive action plans. /li liCollect and analyse HSE KPIs. /li liContribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing Health, Safety and Environmental performance. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liTechnical Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health Safety, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Engineering or a related discipline. /li liAt least 2 years of experience in a similar HSE role, preferably within renewable energy, construction or industrial environments. /li liGood knowledge of Italian Health, Safety and Environmental legislation. /li liExperience working with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems. /li liPreposto certification (mandatory). /li liFluent Italian and a good level of English. /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 ul liPermanent employment contract. /li liOpportunity to join an international and fast-growing company within the renewable energy sector. /li liProfessional development in a dynamic and multicultural environment. /li liCompetitive compensation and benefits package. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
