Through these interactions, you will build strong and trustworthy relationships with members at your branch. /p /brpIf this sounds like a team and culture you want to join, we want to talk to you! /p /brh3Responsibilities /h3 /brh3What You'll Do /h3 /brul /brliWelcome and assist members at our Verona branch, representing UW Credit Union. /li /brliStrive to meet performance goals in line with our Members for Life Sales Service Philosophy. /li /brliKeep a good understanding of all UW Credit Union products and services. /li /brliEnsure accurate and efficient handling of member requests at the Teller line. /li /brliFollow UW Credit Union's Cash Management policies and procedures. /li /brliInvestigate potential errors in Teller transactions and communicate with affected members. /li /brliBuild relationships with members, understand their needs, offer recommendations, and make referrals when appropriate. /li /brliLook for ways to exceed our members' expectations.
