Compensation for this position will be determined by the candidate's qualifications, experience, education, and overall alignment with the role's responsibilities. /p pYou support our team as /p h3Inside Sales Specialist (f/m/d) /h3 h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liQuotation Management: Review customer requirements, align with Account Managers, enter RFQs into CRM,



coordinate with production plants and follow up on quotes /li liOrder Management: Manage sample and tooling orders, including system entry, plant coordination, delivery tracking and invoicing /li liPricing Management: Maintain customer pricing in SAP and support price adjustments in alignment with Account Managers /li liMaster Data Billing: Manage customer master data and handle debit/credit notes related to pricing issues /li liCustomer Systems CSR: Work on customer portals and manage Customer Specific Requirements (CSR) /li liContracts Planning Support: Support customer contracts, SCM agreements and update forecasts and planning data /li liFeedback Evaluation: Monitor supplier evaluations and collect customer feedback for internal improvement /li liCross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liEducation: Degree in Business, Sales, Engineering or a related field /li liExperience: 2–3 years of experience in Inside Sales or Customer Service /li liLanguages: Fluent in German (native preferred) and English /li liSystems Knowledge: Experience with CRM tools (e.g. MS CRM) and ERP systems (SAP) /li liIT Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook /li liCommunication: Strong written and verbal communication skills /li liOrganization: Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities /li liMindset: Customer-oriented, proactive, team player with strong problem-solving attitude /li /ul pThe Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
