You’ll join a committed team to drive delivery on the ground, collaborate closely with key stakeholders, and help shape a more sustainable future for logistics through a project you can point to with pride. /p h3Your responsibilities /h3 ul liLead the day-to-day execution of railway infrastructure projects in Italy, acting as the primary project manager and company representative on site. /li liDevelop, coordinate, and maintain project schedules, budgets, and execution plans to ensure successful project delivery. /li liCoordinate closely with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, planners, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives, scope, schedule, and deliverables. /li liOversee construction activities, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, contractual, and technical requirements. /li liMonitor and control project performance, including budget, schedule, resources, risks, and scope, implementing corrective actions where required. /li liIdentify, assess, and resolve project issues and risks, driving practical solutions to maintain project progress. /li liPrepare and maintain accurate project reporting,



providing regular updates on progress, risks, costs, and key milestones to management. /li liBuild and maintain strong working relationships with clients, contractors, authorities, and other stakeholders while representing the company in a professional manner. /li liIdentify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements to support project profitability and operational excellence. /li liImplement and utilize Building Information Modelling (BIM) methodologies to enhance project coordination, collaboration, and visualization. /li liMaintaining strong and positive relationships with the relevant local authorities and municipalities /li liAssistance with land-related clarifications with local authorities and RFI. /li liAssistance with building permit procedure /li liAssistance in technical Site DD for upcoming Italian CargoBeamer locations /li liBachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related engineering discipline. /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Project; experience with iTWO and SAP is an advantage. /li liFluent in Italian with professional proficiency in English (minimum B2 level); German language skills are an advantage. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
