/p /li lipAct as a knowledge bridge, providing expert support and targeted upskilling/training to adjacent teams (for example, Commercial, Operations, Sales) on complex scheme‑fee dynamics. /p /li lipDevelop and maintain best‑in‑class standard operating procedures (SOPs) and internal documentation, serving as the knowledge base for the team's critical functions. /p /li lipGovern the knowledge repository, ensuring all critical documentation and process flows are current, accessible, and accurately reflect the live environment. /p /li lipMentor and actively coach junior team members, overseeing their deliverables and facilitating their technical and professional growth through preliminary review of outputs from analysts in the team. /p /li /ul h3bQualifications: /b /h3 ul lip6+ years of experience in the payment industry in the Card Schemes pricing domain and/or in a high‑volume transaction environment. /p /li lipExcellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with motivation to find end‑to‑end solutions. /p /li lipAbility to work cross‑functionally and with remote teams. /p /li lipExcellent attention to detail and ability to work with complex datasets. /p /li lipAbility to meet tight deadlines in an evolving environment and sometimes shifting priorities. /p /li lipWillingness to take the initiative and continuously learn. /p /li lipStrong sense of ownership and accountability. /p /li lipProficient in Microsoft Excel and SQL. /p /li lipExperience with BI tools, JIRA, and Retool is a plus. /p /li lipBachelor’s degree in Finance. /p /li lipFluency in English, and superb communication skills at all levels. /p /li lipKnowledge of Interchange and Scheme Fees, Card Schemes and Payments Processing will be an advantage. /p /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
