To maintain our reputation for excellence and provide exceptional guest experiences, we are seeking a Front Office Manager to lead our front office team with professionalism, precision, and passion. /p h3Role Overview /h3 pThe Reservation Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing all reservation activities of Villa Eden, ensuring a seamless, personalized, and high-end booking experience that reflects the standards of a Leading Luxury Longevity Retreat. /p h3Qualifications /h3 ul liProven experience at the Reservation Department in a luxury hotel environment is essential. /li liExperience with Leading Hotels of the World standards is a strong advantage. /li liLanguages: Fluency in English, Italian, and German is required; additional languages are a plus. /li liSkills: Outstanding leadership and team management skills.



Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Proficiency in property management systems and office software. /li liPersonal Attributes: A guest-focused mindset with a passion for luxury hospitality.
